Cake Bams was created after our Founder lived in Berlin, Germany for work and she was first introduced to chocolate covered rice cakes. Immediately she thought, “What a great idea to use the rice cake a platform for flavors. How amazing would it be to take these one step further, and top rice cakes with cupcake and cookie flavors and textures. It's like a lighter, lower calorie, naturally gluten free alternative to traditional desserts."
Well, four years and three cities later, the dream of creating a dessert rice cake brand has come to life!
