I’m Jenn - an advertising Creative Director/Writer turned Rice Cake Maker.
I was living in Berlin, Germany for work several years ago when I was first introduced to chocolate covered rice cakes. Immediately I thought, “What a great idea to use the rice cake a platform for flavors. We should take these one step further and craft creative and tasty toppings, kinda like a gluten free, lower calorie alternative to cupcakes.”
Well, four years, three cities, two daughters and one gluten allergy later, I’m finally pursuing this.
We use organic brown rice cakes, and our frostings are made with all-natural and organic ingredients, so everyone from health nuts to nutty kids (and those in between) can enjoy them.
