It's no secret that rice cakes are a fragile food item and breakage is a natural process. We use all-natural, organic brown rice cakes as the base of our product, which are more delicate than many versions on the market. Sometimes breakage occurs during shipment: even in the best, most thorough bubble wrapping effort. The taste remains the same, but the aesthetic is not as lovely. We like to think of it as portioning :) But totally get that for gifts and parties, no one likes a broken cake. If your Cake Bams arrive in pieces and it leaves you with a shattered heart, we will be happy to ship you replacement cakes.
Regarding turnaround time, shipping isn't always ultra fast because we want to provide our customers with the best quality and hand-crafted product. We take pride in our products knowing that we put love and care into each and every one.
Our turn around time is typically around 7 business days depending on your location, and shipping and tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has shipped out from our facility. If you are located in Southern California your order will arrive to you 1 business day after it has shipped or will be hand-delivered to you. All other locations will typically receive their order in 2 business days.
